Great place to stay for a trip to Cali. Fairly clean hotel, extremely helpful staff, outstanding rooms. Free parking on-site provided. Not to mention fast wifi! The best and absolutely perfect location in the very nice area, adjacent to the restaurant, many bars and restaurants and museums. For tea or coffee visit Panaderia Pan Norte nearby...

The design and atmosphere of Nh Boulevard Del Rio were outstanding. We loved the modern and beautiful structure of the hotel. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a shopping mall. The breakfast served by Edwin was exceptional, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. The large room and comfortable bed added to the satisfaction of our stay. Although there were some minor noise issues from the street, the hotel provided a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Cali.

I had a twin room with a private bathroom and the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit, including Plaza de Cayzedo just 1 mile away.

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions and shopping centers. Some rooms have great balconies, perfect for enjoying the view. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious enough. The breakfast is okay with enough varieties.

The hotel is noisy due to loud music coming from the bar/restaurant downstairs, disturbing the guests' sleep even with the use of earplugs.

The hotel had a convenient location near popular attractions and street commerce. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, as well as a balcony with beautiful views of the city. the staff was welcoming and the breakfast was satisfying.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was not entirely pleasant due to the loud noise that could be heard from the street and nearby establishments. there was a constant noise from the water pump that made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

The hotel is well-situated with easy access to Granada and San Antonio. The rooms are spacious and have nice bathrooms. the hotel atmosphere is good and the staff is friendly.

The minibar seems to be an unnecessary expense, especially since it was not checked properly before we arrived. There was also some noise in the room which made the stay slightly uncomfortable.
